Executive Committee
This committee shall comprise of all elected officers and others deemed necessary for special projects and other matters that is vital to the smooth running of the organization
Community Outreach Committee
This is the backbone of the organization. This committee acts as bridge between our community (Liberian as well of the community we lived). The committee is s charged with the responsibility of ensuring the goals and objectives of the organization reach the community, gather feedback from the community and inform the general body of happening and the needs of the community.
Education Committee
The education committee is responsible for advocating for the education needs of the committee. This committee is also charged with developing comprehensive programs and developing avenues to assisting the education of Liberian in the community.
Membership Committee
This committee is responsible for recruiting and maintaining members of the community. As much as membership of the organization is open to all Liberians living in the community and friends of Liberia, it is this committee responsible to reach out to all involved and assist the executive committee in reaching its goals to the general body.

Social Committee
As the name suggests, this committee is responsible with the social aspect of the community and is the leader of all social programs as related to the organization. Some of the social activities that are dear to the organization include, but not limited to the following;
Our yearly Liberia Independence Day celebration/Observation
Back to school gala for those members of the community in their educational pursuit.
Our Annual Women Summit
A yearly Food Drive for the Triangle Area
Our yearly Thanksgiving celebration.
Some of these activities are done in collaboration with other committees and individuals in the community. The committee will address happenings and mishaps in the community, be it tragic or fun. This committee is also responsible for assisting community members with immigration issues.
Fundraising Committee
This committee spearheads ways and means to ensure the organization realizes its goal of owning a community center. It is charged with the responsibility of developing, implementing plans and programs that ultimately deliver the community goal of a community center. It shall oversee finding ways for LCOT raise funds; and coordinate other activities as directed by the President. This committee will be responsible for coming up with attractive but realistic activities to raise funds.
Election Committee
This committee shall oversee all general and special elections protocols and shall plan and conduct elections in keeping with the By-Laws and Constitution of LCOT.
